ARTIST STATEMENT

"I’m a watercolor artist because I love the fluidity and transparency of the medium. There’s something about it that perfectly captures the delicate beauty of nature. I paint wildlife, botanicals, and landscapes, letting the flow of the paint echo the unpredictability of the natural world. I’m drawn to the grace of animals, the intricate details of plants, the quiet emotion in a portrait, and the vastness of landscapes.

 

I’ve always believed the eyes tell a story, so I focus on them in both animals and people, hoping to capture not just a likeness but the essence of the soul. My botanical and landscape work celebrates the harmony in nature, using a palette that’s alive yet balanced.

 

With each piece, I hope to invite viewers into a quiet, intimate connection—a chance to see the world through my eyes and feel a little of the wonder I feel while painting."
